Motorcycle Accidents

Our partner, Dennis Feeley, has been a motorcycle operator and owner for many years. He encourages all of our clients to wear the proper protective gear when operating their motorcycle but realizes no matter how responsible and attentive you may be while operating your bike, automobile operators show little regard for bike operators, and oftentimes, ignore their presence of simply do not see them.

When an injury occurs on a motorcycle there are many issues which are very different from those of automobile accidents. Our motor vehicle law in Pennsylvania treats motorcycles differently and insurance coverages providing protection for medical bills, lost wages and compensable injuries are different. We encourage all of our motorcycle friends to check very closely with their insurance agents in order to provide themselves with the proper protection.

Please do not hesitate to contact Dennis Feeley or any of our other attorneys with questions you may have regarding your motorcycle coverage. Please do not wait until it is too late to find out whether you are adequately protected.
