Pennsylvania woman reportedly injured in truck accident

A Pennsylvania woman was reportedly injured in a truck accident and is seeking compensation in a lawsuit against the truck driver and the company for which he works. According to the suit, the injuries from the truck accident have kept her from being able to work and earn what she did before the accident. She is asking to be awarded over $50,000 in her suit to cover medical costs and lost wages.

The plaintiff says she was stopped on an interstate because traffic was backed up when the truck came up behind her. According to her, the truck driver did not brake soon enough to keep from hitting the plaintiff’s car. The action caused her to then hit the car stopped in front of her.

The woman has suffered from injuries mainly to her head and neck but also in other areas of her body because of this incident. She feels the truck driver and his employer were responsible for the negligence that caused the wreck. She blames the truck driver for not acknowledging the traffic situation and being conscientious when it came to the safety of others on the road.

Responsible drivers have the right to trust that others on the road will drive just as responsibly. Unfortunately, that is not always the case. As in this truck accident, Pennsylvania residents who have been injured in similar situations are entitled to seek reparation to cover costs related to their physical and mental suffering. Because there is a time limit on when to file a claim, action should be taken as soon as possible.
