Emil Giordano was born in Brooklyn, New York and both of his parents were immigrants to this country from Italy. He was the first in his family to attend high school and is a graduate of Bethlehem Catholic. He went on to Penn State before graduating from Moravian College in 1982. After completing his undergraduate degree, he attended Villanova Law School where he was elected Student Bar Association President.

In 2003, he was elected to serve as judge on the Northampton County Court of Common Pleas. One of his main concerns was about elder abuse in its many forms. As a result, he was the first and only Judge in Pennsylvania to institute guardianship certification requirements for the protection of our senior citizens. He was also Northampton County's First Administrative Judge of the Orphans Court Division overseeing all the estates and trusts in the county. The Pennsylvania Supreme Court named Emil to the Statewide Orphans Court Rules Committee, the committee is charged with implementing changes to Orphans Courts.

He served as Northampton's First County Administrative Judge of Orphans Court and is prepared to review all estate planning needs, as well as, counsel your family upon the death of a loved one.

As a litigator and trial judge, he has participated in well over 100 Jury Trials and several hundred Non-Jury Trials.
