At Cohen, Feeley, Altemose & Rambo, we take great pride in our community involvement, both as lawyers and as servants of the community. In fact, all of the attorneys at Cohen, Feeley, Altemose & Rambo participate in community programs and social organizations.

Below is a list of just some of the organizations in which we are involved:

  • The Martin D. Cohen Family Foundation awards up to 10 college scholarships of $1,000 to FREDDY© participants. Students of all majors are welcome to apply. The Martin D. Cohen Family Foundation was created with the idea that the best way to help young people raise themselves up in the world is to help them get an education.
  • Northampton County Community College Paralegal Advisory Program
  • Best of the Best Scholarship Program, which awards scholarships to over 30 local area high school students
  • Third Street Alliance
  • Lehigh Valley Alliance on Aging, Board of Directors
  • National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI)

Cohen, Feeley, Altemose & Rambo also helps with community events and donation efforts. Here are a few of the events and programs we are proud to be a part of:

  • Bowl For Kids — For many years, the staff has bowled as a team to raise funds for Big Brothers Big Sisters.
  • Special Olympics of Northampton County — The firm proudly sponsored the athletes' T-shirts for this year's 655 Special Olympics participants. A few members of the firm also went to the event, which took place at Liberty High School's Frank Banko Field, and handed out water bottles to all those who attended.
  • Luke Hahn Foundation — The foundation was formed after a tragic accident on July 5, 2010, took the life of 12-year-old Luke and left his father, Kraig, in serious condition. The truck they had been driving while doing work at a friend's farm blew up when it hit a propane tank. Now, the Luke William Hahn Foundation hosts an annual car and truck show to raise money to help improve the lives of children and adults in the community.   • Bradbury-Sullivan Center - our Attorneys volunteer their time at the Center to provide free legal seminars on various topics.
  • The United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley - We are proud to support The United Way throughout the year by sponsoring various events and scholarships for their TeenWorks Program.
  • Officers Down 5K - for the past 2 years we have been a sponsor of this 5K race in Lehighton. The members of the law enforcement community are important to us and we support them in various ways.
  • The Coalition for Appropriate Transportation - Attorney Jason Schiffer is a member of their board and actively involved with the biking community. Together they educate members of the community on the importance of bike safety.
  • Angel 34 Foundation - members of our staff are proud to be on the board of such a great organziation. Angel 34 is committed to bringing hope and healing to the children and families affected by childhood cancer.
  • Toys for Tots — This past holiday season, the firm participated in Toys for Tots. As a drop-off location, the firm was able to fill up two large boxes with toys the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve collected. These gifts were then distributed to needy children in the Lehigh Valley.
  • Life Church — In 2013, as part of their celebration of The Three Kings, the firm donated goodie bags to the children of Life Church in Allentown.
  • Golden Gloves — In early 2014, the firm sponsored the Golden Gloves, a program that trains the majority of young athletes that go on to compete for America's boxing teams.
