A former Pennsylvania firefighter has commenced a products liability lawsuit regarding a safety mask manufactured for firefighters. He claims the mask did not work as it was supposed to while he was on-the-job fighting a fire. The products liability suit is against three companies manufacture and/or distribution of the particular mask.

Home Depot neglect causes personal injury for Pennsylvania woman?

A Pennsylvania woman and her husband have filed a personal injury suit against Home Depot. A representative for Home Depot is filing to remove the case from a state civil court to the federal court as the injured woman's compensation claim is for more than the $50,000 state civil case limit. The monetary amount the couple is seeking for the personal injury claim is $100,000.
