Reckless truck driver incident injures Pennsylvania man

So many people are wary of encountering a reckless truck driver while on the road. However, that is just what happened to a Pennsylvania man one afternoon as he was nearing a United States Postal Service facility. He claims the incident that took place at that location was the fault of the reckless truck driver who drove for the USPS, and he has filed a suit against the government agency.

The two vehicles never actually hit each other, but the way the truck driver maneuvered his truck into the facility from the road caused the plaintiff to veer out of the way so he would not hit the truck. A report did not state whether he hit any other vehicle or object. The effect of this incident brought various injuries to several parts of his body.

The plaintiff alleges that he has spent a great deal of money on therapeutic treatment and has lost money from not being able to work because of his injuries. He says he also has continual suffering both mentally and physically from this incident. He is asking for over $50,000 in compensation to cover medical and legal fees and other costs.

The report did not mention any statements issued by the USPS about this incident. A reckless truck driver can be dangerous in so many ways. For any Pennsylvania resident who has had any type of accident because of the negligence of a truck driver, investigating the state laws concerning seeking compensation is recommended. A victim has the right to a defense that will gain reparation for such expenses as medical costs, property damage and changes in lifestyle.
