Barbara L. Baldo, experienced litigator focused in personal injury and family law, represents clients in both jury and non-jury trials, as well as arbitrations and mediations. Barbara counsels clients in all aspects of family law litigation, including divorce, alimony, support, custody, visitation and marital agreements. She continuously handles complex and sophisticated matters, successfully providing sound advice to her clients.
Barbara earned her bachelor’s degree from Grove City College in 1992 and her J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law in 1997. She was a member of the Law Review and held the position of Associate Comment Editor. Following law school, she clerked for the Honorable Jack Anthony Panella, then of the Northampton County Court of Common Pleas. In 2007, she was appointed by the Court to represent children in the dependency system within Northampton County, providing legal representation and guidance to children who have become involved in the legal system.
Barbara brings commitment and unsurpassed ethical integrity in the fields of Family Law and Personal Injury. She is admitted to practice law in the Courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as well as the United States Federal Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania. Also, she remains an active member of the Northampton County Bar Association since 1998.
Additionally, Barbara serves as Chairwoman of the Hanover Township Zoning Hearing Board and is uniquely qualified to match zoning and land use clients with the right attorneys. Barbara is a longtime resident of the Lehigh Valley and prides herself on working and supporting her local community. Currently, she and her family reside in Hanover Township.
